Jeff Ooi's blog moved
Glad to see Jeff Ooi’s blog moved from a blogspot URL to his own domain jeffooi.com. His blog is an great alternative to traditional paper if you’re interested in Malaysia news. Even Malaysiakini has put an front page link to his blog.
Great, he is now using MovableType as his blog system instead of blogger.com. Smart move, Jeff.

Jumping the Blogspot Will Baude and the rest of the Crescat crew have abandoned the Blogger ship for Movable Type. ... Volokh shifted some time ago to its own URL some time ago, as appropriate for such a popular blog, so now I'm just waiting for Atrios to catch a clue and make the move to a real weblogging service. ... I can't tell if he's just cheap or if all his spare change goes to the DNC. ... It's ridiculous for any widely-read blog to remain on blogspot, which is best suited for low traffic and the initial learning experience.

Jon & Jamie & Jeff: I think it's great that you are debating all of these things, but the debates have definitely taken on a very negative tone, which makes visiting this blog not so pleasant. ... I'm ready for you all to attack me because you are all just having an "honest disagreement and discussion." ... It's just that it has come to a point where the negativity far outweighs the cheeriness, randomosity, and pleasantness. ... And now I'll leave you to your debating...so long my blogging friends.
