一直以爲這部紀錄片只是一個人在三十天内，天天吃麥當勞的過程。想當然爾，天天吃一樣的東西，一定很乏味，過程自然也不會有趣到那裏。。。

出乎意料的，影片很好看。雖然我還是像看好萊塢的電影一樣，以爲最後這傢伙會突然變個大胖子 （哈哈）。。但想想，一個人的健康可以在短短三十天内“腐蝕”到那種地步，真的蠻可怕的。
